Potage soup with sauteed onions

Milk

180cc

Fresh cream

Butter

Croutons

A little

Salt

A little

Fried onions

Parsley

How to make

Put the frozen sauteed onions, milk and fresh cream in a pot and simmer gently.

Remove from heat just after cooking and put it in a mixer.

Return to the pot, turn on the heat, add butter and adjust the taste with salt.

Serve in a bowl and top with croutons, parsley, and fried onions to complete it.
