作り方

Add minced meat and salt to a bowl and mix them well.

When it becomes sticky, add A and mix them further.

After rolling it into 4 equal parts, adjust the shape while removing the air, and sprinkle them with potato starch.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry step 3) over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Turn over and heat for 1 minute.

Add B, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

When it starts to thicken it, put the cheese on top of the hamburger and cover it with a lid to let it melt.

Serve in a bowl, garnish with broccoli and tomatoes, and sprinkle parsley and pepper on top to complete it.
