Indian curry with plenty of onions

How to make

In a large frying pan, add a large amount of salad oil, finely chopped garlic, and cumin whole and fry over low heat until fragrant.

In step 1), add chicken cut into bite-sized pieces, sautéed onions, and canned tomatoes, and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and the moisture is gone.

Add water and ingredients A to Step 2) and simmer it for a while.

After turning off the heat, add spices and season to taste, transfer to a serving bowl and serve with salad and rice.
