Chicken, mushroom,
and tomatoe stew, made with one pan.

Chicken thigh
2 pieces
Mushroom
2~3 kinds
Chopped onion
1 cup
Garlic
1 clove
Canned tomatoes
1 can
Onion soup
10g
Salt and pepper
A little
Olive oil
A little
Herbal salt
A little
Italian parsley

How to make

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic over low heat. When it becomes fragrant, put the chicken in and grill it. When the chicken is browned, add the chopped onions and mushrooms and stir-fry it.

Put the canned tomatoes in and add a little water to cover them.
Add the onion soup stock and simmer it for about 10 minutes.

After seasoning with herb salt, put it in a bowl and garnish with Italian parsley.
