Frittata (Italian omelet)

Japanese mustard spinach
1 stem (about 50g)
Olive oil

Cheese powder

How to make

Cut red bell pepper and potatoes into 1 cm squares. Cut Japanese mustard spinach into 1 cm wide pieces and wash them.

Put cut vegetables, sauteed onion and olive oil into the rice cooker.
Mix well to coat the rice cooker with the oil.

Mix in the cheese powder, salt and pepper, and egg, and press the rice cooker switch to cook rice.
It will be completed in about 40 minutes. Please use ketchup if you like.
